  2. Pre-Shipment Review: It’s Your Call
    • Preview & Approval: Before shipping, we’ll share detailed images. This is your chance to confirm it feels perfect.
    • Your Confirmation: Happy with what you see? Your approval to ship means you love your portrait!
  3. After You Approve
    • Because this portrait is uniquely yours (and approved by you!), we can’t accept returns once shipped. It’s made to belong only with you.
  4. Our Quality Commitment
    • Check When Arrived: Please inspect your portrait upon delivery.
    • If Needed: Contact us within 7 days only if:
      • It looks noticeably different from your approved photos, or
      • It arrived damaged (keep packaging, please).
    • We’ve Got You: We’ll resolve such rare cases kindly and fairly.
